  Why cannot login ?

  • Files uploading maybe hindered by your server fire wall set-up and finally leading to upload failure .
    It can be solved by re-setting and turning on (21 port) of your fire wall set up. Please try.

  • Files uploading speed varies with your server stability or files size.

  • Name your files or file folder as alphabetical or numerical combinations, for other symbols (<>":?>*&^%$#@) may cause file uploading failure. 

  • All uploaded files will be protected by our system and it cannot be deleted or disclosed to foreign unauthorized visitors.

  • All uploaded files checking is restricted to our company authorized operators only.
