A return goods authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. The returned merchandise should be in the original unopened cartons and must be clearly marked with the return authorization number. Credits will not be issued for any unauthorized returns. A restocking fee of 30% of the total merchandise will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from the original order and return shipment. Standard catalog items are returnable within 7 days of receiving the shipment, however, returns or refunds will not be accepted on any custom, non-stock or production runs. ESPL reserves the right to refuse any return or refund. If we do not receive any notice from you in relation to the return condition within 7 days of our delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no returns or refunds will be entertained.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped E.X.W. our factory unless otherwise stated. All freight or local delivery charges will be added to the invoice. We will notify you via email or phone of the charges of your order. Please note that recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes which may occur. ESPL will not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to causes beyond our control, once an order has left our factory.

Claims:
All orders should be inspected upon arrival, for any damage or shortages. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products in transit, and will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier. In the event that there is any damage to the shipment, please notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading “Damaged.” If we do not receive any notice from you in relation to the damage condition within 7 days of our delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no claims will be entertained.
